Julian Cesta is an admitted Solicitor of the Supreme Court and alumni of the University of Wollongong enjoying early successes in the practice of law in local court litigation including both criminal and commercial matters.
Julian has experience in estate planning and can provide effective advice in family law, including preparing and advising on binding financial agreements and divorce and property settlements for defacto and married couples.
Julian’s client’s benefit not only from his dedication, but also his ability to explain in non-legal terms, how the Court process works and what the client can expect as a result if the case proceeds to a hearing.
